The Record Delta | Lynette Mae Norris: "BUCKHANNON — Lynette Mae Norris, 55, of Buckhannon, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport. She was born Feb. 27, 1962 in Windham, Ohio, a daughter of Marlene McGuere Chapman, of Red Lion, Pa., and the late Jack Chapman.

On June 18, 1983, she married Rev. Dr. Jeffery Norris who survives. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Arisman and husband Benjamin, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one son, Will Norris and wife Bobbielyn, of Erie, Pa.; two granddaughters, Bella and Eden Norris, both of Erie; one grandson, Phillip Gocal, of Erie; two sisters, Charlotte Dively, of Baltimore, Md., and Rochelle Kauffman, of Lewistown, Pa. and one brother, Jack “Chip” Chapman Jr., of Red Lion.

Mrs. Norris was a homemaker and a member of the Buckhannon Alliance Church.

Friends will be received Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Buckhannon Alliance Church. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Buckhannon Alliance Church with Rev. Dr. Jeffery Norris and the Rev. Trevor Morris officiating. Burial will be in the Holly Hill Cemetery in Middle River, Md. on Thursday.
